Shortlisted for 3 ESTAS Awards

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Pace Properties Ltd has received very well-deserved recognition for it’s exceptional customer service as a lettings agent in Southend. The company has yet again proudly made it onto this years shortlist for The ESTAS, the largest award scheme for the UK residential property industry.

Unlike some awards, the ESTAS is driven by verified customer reviews. These reviews were collected at the conclusion of the “house moving experience” and the ESTAS meticulously monitors service ratings over a 12-month period to provide an accurate overview of the service quality provided to our customers. The Standard of Excellence recognition serves as a prestigious indicator, affirming the consistent service performance of all firms shortlisted in 2023. Incredibly, this year’s shortlist has been carefully determined after evaluating an astounding 300,000+ customer review ratings, nationwide!

Because Pace primarily operates as a property agent in Southend we have been shortlisted for three awards within the South East region, relating to Sales, Landlords and Tenants. The winners of regional and national categories will be revealed in October during the annual ESTAS awards ceremony held in London, attended by 1,200 UK property professionals and will be hosted by one of TVs best know property experts, Phil Spencer of “Location, Location, Location” fame.

Crystal joined Pace in 2007 and was appointed to her current role of Managing Director in 2010, heading up the company founded by her father in 1994.

She is responsible for the daily operations of the business, whilst also ensuring the company is financially sound, has strategic direction and is planning for future growth.

Crystal takes a thoughtful and considered approach to all that she does, transferring her determination to deliver implicit care, attention and professionalism to every member of her team.
